Super User MarkH024 Posted June 10, 2013 Super User Posted June 10, 2013 Of course, I'm going with the Hawks winning in Game 6. Kane is heating up, Bickell is a beast, and I predict Sharp and Hossa will be scoring some big goals. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted June 10, 2013 Super User Posted June 10, 2013 As a Long Time Bruins Fan, I am a happy man. Following the team this brief by action pack season has been quite a ride. The playoffs have been one heart attack after another. This Original Six match up is cool and the Blackhawks have been very good all season. But then again, so were the Penguins . . . . . . . . . . . Super User BrianinMD Posted June 10, 2013 Super User Posted June 10, 2013 I am picking Boston in 6. If you have never seen it, make sure to watch the national anthem at the Chicago home games. Truly incredible. Quote
NEjitterbugger Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Boston! - I think it will be a very good matchup, with two good goaltenders and two teams that have been generating good scoring chances in the conference chamioship... Gunna be a great Stanley Cup! (To be honest I was sitting in my trigonometry class and the day of game 1 versus the Penguins said we were going to sweep them... LOL I guess sometimes you just get lucky) Quote
llPa1nll Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 I hope the Boston Bruins find a way to win the Cup. However, I am making no predictions, not after that miracle turnaround, in the 3rd period of game 7 in the Boston Toronto series. I have not seen Chicago play much this year, you don't need too, just know they are the best team in the league heading into the playoffs. It hopefully will live up to billing as a great original 6 Stanley Cup Finals, may the best team win, just as long as they bring it back to Causeway St. :respect-059: Quote
hooah212002 Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Quenneville's stache in 6. Kane will help a little, as will Bickell, but ultimately Joel does it. Bahston doesn't stand a chance. 1 Quote
MrSwimJig Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Bruins in 5. They are playing extremely well. 1 Quote

I know that the majority thought it was the blackhawks but I honestly thought they were a small step away from being the best in the NHl. And after seing the Bs absolutely smoke the Pengs it's kinda a hard argument to make but thats just my thought. Not taking anything away from the Blackhawks though, they are an extremely talented buch- Offense, Goaltending, Physicallity... Can't wait to see the Chicago O go against the Bruins D... Quote

I'm a hawks fan, but the bruins have a locked down defense, which is probably the best in the league. its gonna be cool to see the Kane/Toews line go up against Chara 1 Quote
The one that got away Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Waiting for OT in Game 1 as I type this. B's in 6 Quote
