Watching some of those shows makes me think I could get my own WFN show. Some of the personalities make me think I could as well...

I find WFN to be one of those great in theory, not so much in execution propositions. They repeat shows an awful lot during the week so you find yourself watching the same show several times in a week (well I did because a repeat fishing show is still better than what's on TV these days).

What I wish WFN would do is augment their current line up with classic fishing shows. Would it really cost a lot to licence some viewings of old shows from the 1970s-90s? Heck, even create a block of Sunday afternoon oldies. It would at least break-up the schedule.

That said, I'll take the existence of WFN over not having it.

I'd never heard if this till I went to Tx this May for a fishing trip. I was in love instantly but as someone already mentioned it's full of repeats. Hey I was content with it though. At home I get the outdoor channel. Thursday has mlf when it's running but all the other shows are on really early in the am. I don't typically catch them.

WFN definitely has its weak points but I still watch it at least three times more than I watch anything else. There are a few shows and hosts I can't stand but for the most part it's worth watching.

i have directv so no WFN. if you email them and ask why they dont have it or if they would consider adding it, they say there is not enough support for it and want you to help gain support in your area for it and stuff like that....

Beyond the Cast and Getting Schooled with JP Derose, Facts of Fishing and Skeeter Bass Champs are awesome shows.
