Hello all. I have a new (to me) BCR853GLX, and am trying to figure out the best application for this rod, as well as a BCR803GLX and a JWR803NRX. I need one for plastics, one for lightly weighted plastics, and another for light swim jigs.

Can anyone with experience of these rods help me out? Thank you in advance.

I own the JWR853NRX, very versitile rod.     I like it for contact baits, T-rigged plastics and smaller jigs and trailers up to about a 1/2oz.

I own the newer GLX JWR 853C, I use it for - small jigs up to 1/2 oz, t rig worms, can be used as a senko rod and can be used to drag football jigs in 15' and under.  I don't own the other models.  But if they were mine I'd them up like this.

853C - My main jig rod for 15' and under and for light cover.

803C (GLX) - light swim jigs and senko

803C (NRX) - T-RIG up to 1/2 oz

The 3 is a good all around jig/worm rod for 1/2oz or less.  I use it mainly as a spinner bait rod, jigs, t rig with about 12-15lb line.  This rod is one of the most versatile rods loomis makes IMO.

The BCR GLX's have a pretty stout tip, so they are not as versatile as the NRX you have. All of the rods you listed are fantasically sensitive for bottom contact type fishing. So if I had to make the choices, I'd use the NRX for the light swimbaits and then experiment with the other 2 to figure out which you like best for the other tasks.
