What crankbaits? I usually replace the stock hooks with the same size, or go up one size on the front. Rear hook always stays stock size, for me.

I also replace with the same size. Most of my cranks use #6 or #4 trebles. The manufacturer's site or that of some retailers might tell you what the hook sizes are. If they don't you can eyeball it and come close enough.

+1 If you go up a size on the front hook it has to be a short shank treble.
