LakeWbassmaster Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I'm trying to find some red hooks to replace the ones on my crank baits what size is the best? Quote
Super User ww2farmer Posted May 29, 2013 Super User Posted May 29, 2013 What crankbaits? I usually replace the stock hooks with the same size, or go up one size on the front. Rear hook always stays stock size, for me. Quote
Super User Marty Posted May 30, 2013 Super User Posted May 30, 2013 I also replace with the same size. Most of my cranks use #6 or #4 trebles. The manufacturer's site or that of some retailers might tell you what the hook sizes are. If they don't you can eyeball it and come close enough. Quote
