Does anyone know if this is a starling? My wife and I rescued it from our pool earlier today. We also had what I am guessing is his mother but she has since flown the coop. We put him in an old cage we had and put him on our balcony so he would be safe from cats and bears and eagles and what not. If his momma does not come back he will probably get taken in. Whats another bird or animal as far as that goes?

Ever seen a elephant fly? I've seen everything, I've seen a bird swim. lol.

Thanks guys. I thought it was a starling but just wasn't sure. I think with him being so small (baby) makes it tough to identify. I wish I would of got a good picture of his mother before she took off.

Edit: Went to check on him right after I posted this and he was gone so it looks like he could fly.

Yeah, I hate the camera on my phone. It was getting dark and I wanted to get a picture of him. I had the phone on me so it's what I used. lol.

It's all good man :) I've just been in an ornery @$$ mood all day ! :) LOL

Recently, somebody was telling me about a phone that had like a 12mp camera !? Can't imagine how long it would take to send a 12mp pic somewhere from the phone though ?

Peace,

Fish

They get resized for MMS (text messaging). Technology is a wonderful thing.

My phone has an 8mp camera and takes nice pictures but doesn't replace a real cameras quality.
