Hi -

I'm a relatively new boat owner, and still learning my way around the local lakes near Nashville.  I'll be on Center Hill this weekend (May 25-27), and plan on spending the mornings bass fishing while the rest of the crew is sleeping - then taking some folks out for bluegill and cats in the afternoon/evening.

We're staying on the south end of the lake, near Cookeville boat dock/marina.  I've got a little 16' glass stream, w/ a 35hp mercury - so it'll run a/b 25mph, and I can get to most places nearby pretty quickly... just not at tournament speed.

Any tips on locations, tackle, and tactics would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Center Hill was on FIRE this winter but haven't heard much in the last few weeks.  The rain has brought the lake up a lot, and there is TONS of trash floating, so be careful out there.  If I was going I would throw a jig, shaky head, or a fluke.
