I'm looking for for a place to find "old" models of YUM plastics.  I say old, but I think it was only about 5 or six years ago, but they stopped making them after they starting making the 'Money' line of baits.  I'm looking to buy doozies and sooies.  Doozies are a long tube, it is a killer on carolina rigs.  The sooie is a creature bait with a couple tentacles and a tube skirt type tail.  I can't find them anymore and my stash is getting dangerously low.

Anyone know a site to find these on??

My garage   The Sooie is one of my favorite C-rig baits I've ever fished. Got a ton of bags from when they discontinued them. I was still working at Cabela's then and bought loads of them for $1.50 a bag.

Seriously though http://www.eburch.biz/yum_sooie.htm

I see doozies in the cheap plastics bins by yum at Walmart for like 1.96 a pack, but usually only in junebug. I like them on a c rig too as well as weightless with a superline hook for weight and fish it like a senko.

Thank you!!   I haven't used them on C-Rigs...I like them as flipppin/pitchin baits.

I was a big fan of Yum dingers until the changed to the F2 scent. The LPT dingers were way way softer and more flexable, I used to use them almost exculisvly to GYCB senkos I am sure the F2 ones catch fish just fine, but it screws with my head, I just wish they didn't change them I like they price of dingers better than senkos.

I don't use the doozies - back when they first came out I got a couple of packs, didn't use them very much and when I did use them I didn't do any good.  I've got a couple of bags left.  I'm going to save them for my soft plastic museum, which is currently in the very preliminary stages of construction.  And now to the point, it occurs to me that the last time I was in the Independence, MO  BPS, there was a BPS branded long tube type worm that looked just like the doozie.  However, I just looked in the 2014 BPS Master Catalog and they didn't show any baits that looked like the doozie at all.  You might try Cabelas bargain cave.  I often see mass quantities of discounted/closed out soft plastics there.  If you are ever in the KCMO area, go to Rogers Lures in Liberty.  They have a stash of doozies on close out.  Call them up, maybe you could work a deal.

x2, They are usually on the bottom shelf in the clearance/bargain box. I've gotten a ton from this box and they keep re-stocking them. Good variety of colors too.
