well the spillways here in palm beach are finally open again and the snook are eating :D went last night and got a couple unfortunately the oversize one jumped off the hook before i could get under the dock to grab her and i could one just under slot so if you in south florida and looking for some snook action hit your nearest spillway :D

ill upload pic of the second one in a couple mins

edit: sorry i fell asleep last night before i could add the pic lol

The spillways have been open since last week, I have a friend that has been killing them there.  Be careful at Forest Hill, it can be very dangerous at night or early in the morning,  I don't go there any more.  I've been fishing more open water with lower sea walls.  Snook tip of the day, feather on the incoming and lure on the outgoing.  I suggest having a pier net.

Besides crime there, a group of fisherman there that feel it's their's, try and run you off.  You many want to try the boca/delray spillway, not too many fisherman.

I caught 33 incher this morning, then went cuda fishing and had one about 40".

You may want to try Palm Beach just north of the Flagler bridge, can park on most streets there and big jacks are known for that area, up to 30 or 40#.
