I decided to make a small panfish/carp lure out of wood. It is about a centimeter long maybe more. I made a slit in the bottom for the hook, but i dont know what to glue it with. Oh, and it is just a regular single hook, and will be positioned with the hook point on top out of water.

Should i use gorilla glue or maybe wood filler? I only want it to last like a month or two, or one big carp so please don't recommend some specialized lure making epoxy, just household stuff.

I just squirt a little superglue in there - the gel kind, aka gap filler superglue.
