I had a question about some bagley kill'r b 2 and 1 I recently bought, I was wondering how old they were if any one could help it'd be great they are both in original packaging the b2 has brass hardware and is on a card that looks wood grain and is stamped DKB2 TS and the other is on the striped card and has a sticker on the plastic that says deep diver but the plastic is discolored (brown from age I'm guessing)? Hope someone can help me with this if you need pics I will post them. Thanks

Ive tried to get in contact with them a few times and had no luck whatsoever. I bought a dozen of their cranks, and 4 have already split from the bill to the back hook hanger on the bait. 2 have been thrown once and the other two have sat in my box for a month and they already did that. Extremely frustrating and I wont ever buy another bait from them again.

What Im trying to say is getting in contact seems to be a lost cause. Tacke collector forums or just internet searches seem to be a better route

Mosher - It sounds like you have some baits from the late 80s, but I can't say for sure without seeing a picture.

Koofy - Bagley has changed hands recently. If you bought the current run of baits in the totally clear box, you should be able to get in touch with somebody and get a refund or new baits:    http://bagleybait.com/contact-us/   If you bought baits from before last year when they changed hands, you are most likely out of luck.

Nope I got them over the winter after they were bought out. Tried multiple times and no response at all

That page has a phone number too. Can't hurt to keep trying. I'm surprised to hear that so many split on you. Some of mine have cracked after some heavy use (and casts into rocks...), but the wood underneath has held up on all of them.  Maybe you just got a bad batch... Good luck, I hope you get somebody to fix it for you.

So do I.. I should take pictures of them. Total crack that expanded about half a millimeter wide down the length of the bait. And it was on B2's and B3's, not just one style.

I got excited when bagleys were back at BPS, I got them home opened the package and was completely disappointed. the lack of quality control has still got me confused.
