Been hitting the ponds around my subdivision for the past few months. Thought I would post a few photos of some of the fish. Have some nice healthy fish here in southwest Ohio. Not a lot of pressure, I'm usually the only one fishing these ponds.

Those are some sweet looking fish for sure! Man, after the winter we've had it's nice to get out there and hook up with a few. I hear your winter was pretty much like ours here in the Beantown area, so you must be happy to get out and have fun as well!

 

Man, today we had an absolute gorgeous day and I wound up painting 3 ceilings in my house...LOL...It was either that or rake...tomorrow I rake...LMAO

Very nice indeed. You've got a lot of guys jealous who wish they had the opportunity to catch quality bass near home.

I know I have it good here, When I have a rough day walking out to the ponds even if I catch nothing I enjoy the peace and tranquility, But catching a fatty is nice, don't get me wrong.

post-20304-0-29709600-1367777077_thumb.jpost-20304-0-17435500-1367777097_thumb.jCaught a few more today, low pressure, didn't expect any but a few little guys none the less. Caught the little one on ultra light bigger one using a new (to me) bait called a Mad Dad Minnow, about 4.5 inches.
