oprcsr Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 I'm pretty addicted to swimbaits, or ate least the idea of them, however I don't have a big rod to throw the weighter ones. Any recommendations for ones 1.5 oz or under? I have the Spro 4" shad on my list so far. Quote
Super User Crestliner2008 Posted May 19, 2010 Super User Posted May 19, 2010 A 6" Huddleston ROF 5 or ROF 12 is hard to beat. The 7" Stocker Trout or Bass is another good choice. Those are the only ones I'm familiar with. I'm sure some of the more experienced swimbaiters can off more suggestions. BTW, don't overlook Storm's Wildeye Shad either. Quote

oprcsr Posted May 19, 2010 Author Posted May 19, 2010 Thanks for those. I should say I prefer hard baits to soft when I can, but with swimbaits that might not be an option. Quote
