Prayers are sent, a power house of good faith goes out for you and your support group.

Listen to your cancer doctors and nurses if not sure what to do ask questions. I had prostate cancer and I asked plenty of questions. My advice is don't over do it. Get plenty of rest. You need your strength to beat this thing. Stay positive that's the way to beat it. Don't let it get you down. I stayed focused the whole time about beating it. Modern medicine is amazing. I put myself in the hands of the cancer doctor and God. Trust me you will make it. God bless you.

Don't sweat the little things. Get your reels out and clean and lube them. Use this time to get ready for fishing. Clean your tackle boxes. Make a list on what you need to get for fishing. Keep busy that's what I did too. Then your ready for fishing.

Thanks, guys. Please keep praying. This chemo has knocked me for a loss. Six days sick is the worst so far. Still losing weight.

Just looking back through this thread, and seeing how stunned, confused, and scared you were at the beginning.  Now you're on a mission, know what you're doing, have goals set, and know where you're headed.  What a big difference!

It's one of those things where you don't measure progress by yesterday, but by last month.

You're getting there.  Right now, it's the short-term stuff when you look at the big picture.

Stitch, my friend, you are in all of our thoughts!  Rest up, and have Kit fix you what you think you can handle.

Let us know if we can do anything!

Just a quick report , folks. I was deathly ill this treatment. Scared is an understatement. I'm feeling a bit better now. My doctor stated that he'll adjust the last session hoping to counteract the results of last time. Once again, thank you all for your good thoughts and prayers. Hopefully you're all enjoying great Fall fishing. Tight lines.

Was starting to get worried about you, thanks for checking in.  May God strengthen you and help you through this trying time.  Hang in there, you're close to the end of chemo.  This is one instance where the cure is almost as awful as the disease.
