Hey everyone, I haven't been fishing as long as most of you as a serious fisherman, but my biggest fish happened a few weeks ago, Not as big as all the lunkers here! but to me it was huge, and is my biggest fish

State- Florida

Water Depth- 5-10 ft

Lure/Technique- horny toad- funny because I was done for the day, since I ran out of new ones and the one i had on my line had a missing foot, so the action wasn't great... last cast for the day and I get her.

Structure/Cover- middle of the pond, looked clear to me, possibly some underwater foliage

Weight and/or Length- weight was 5-5.5 lbs give or take

I actually caught my PB fish a couple weeks after I started fishing.  No weight on her because needless to say I didn't have a scale, however, she was about 24" and I'm guessing between 7-8 pounds.  June 29, 2013, 7:30pm.  80 deg F.  Clear, sunny evening.  Jointed rapala in a small local pond in 4 ft of water
