Saw the storm swimming stick at wally world looks kinda like a sebile magic swimmer and was wondering if it was comparable at a much lower cost?

Bought one last year, never threw it, but had huge black hooks on it. Gave it to my friend. Try googling it or YouTube the bait itself to see its action..

They work well.  I have a couple and have caught quite a few fish with them, they don't have as much action as a Magic Swimmer but they still work well, especially if you are going for a tighter motion.

I prefer the Magic Swimmer over the Storm version but you don't have to pay the Sebile price.  Check out the Cabelas real image swimbait, I've been really impressed with them, especially at $7 a piece.

They work, and for the MSRP are standard quality. They don't perform like the Sebile, but that can't be expected for the price. I personally haven't been overly impressed with either lure myself.

I have the Storm kckin' stick, this is the same bait only without the lip. I feel like they get a bad rap because people compare them to the magic swimmer, these are different, they are more of subtle swimbait and should be used as such. I found the kicin' stick to work great when used as a jerkbait, it is a slow sinker so you let it sink to the sdesired depth and give it a few rips and stop and then maybe a slow pull and stop, believe me they work. The swim stick is the same bait only the lip gives it a wider action, a good way of using it is to cast over emergent weedbeds and start reeling slowly with your rod tip up keeping the bait within the top 2' of the water column, that bait just slowly moving along over the weedbed is a killer.
