I hit up Lake O' on Sat. and Miami on Sun. last weekend. I saw easily over a 100 beds but none had bass on them (monkey box). Although,I did see a bunch of those giant Pleco fish in the beds. Did o.k but overall kinda slow at both places. I'm thinking of hitting up the glades tomorrow. Anyone else fishing this weekend?

Trying to get to lake o sunday but not sure. Want to go to poga, buddy caught 2 over 9 lbs wednesday, last weekend 3 bags over 30lbs with big fish being 11.9, but probably just hit the lake.

I hear ya about beds everywhere but no fish, think spawn almost over up there they have been schooling for weeks.

Yea, last week I only seen one bed with a couple small bass on it, everything else has been left. Few talapia bedding still here n there. Went on shore tues n wed and did ok, skunked yesterday. Might take the 10' out saturday morning by my place and boat out to loxahatchee sunday... Or the opposite. Think spawn is pretty much over with down here. Back to extreme heat and rain. Id like to hit the O, but dont have any experience up there yet. Might go try it the next weekend.

Seeing so many empty beds I followed some deeper water out to the lake but it was way to windy to fish outside so I stayed on the inside trails. the small lilly pads is where I was getting bit in.

Looks like some thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon but the winds will be pretty light at sunrise and in the a.m. The lake wouldn't be a bad idea with the wind being SSW tomorrow as well.

Not me.

Wife and I are baby sitting our granddog for the weekend.

I did go out and practice flipping and pitching a new jig & pig setup off the deck until the dog decided to try to catch and eat it.

I can see myself explaining to son and daughter-in-law how I caught the Aussie.

I will be walking all over Clarks Hill twitching a t-rig up the bank and working some spinner/crank baits. Might even break out the zara spook.

I'll be fishing for saltwater bass this morning, aka snook.  The bite has not been hot yet due to a lack of baitfish, I did see lots of mullet yesterday but the tide was wrong.  This morning tide change is about 6:15, the bite may be better over the next few days, I getting ready to leave within the hour.
