Lunker lure in 1/4, and 3/8 oz. with a black head and skirt. Depending on the cloud cover, water color, moon phase, and wave action whether it is a gold or silver blade.

Fun fish no trailer. Tournament fishing always a trailer hook.

If & when I throw a buzz bait it's a 1/2 oz which by the way Cavitron doesn't make other wise I would probably on the band wagon; Cavitron doesn't make a klacker model another plus on certain nights.

Boogerman Racket Buzz, Lunker Lure, Nichols Impulse Klacker are but a few in my arsenal :)

Cavitron's are good! But all of my biggest bass on buzzbait's have been on my trusty 3/8 oz or 1/2 oz Lunker lure black with blue mylar strand's in it :) A tip, before using your "new" buzzbait, if you are in your boat, let it spin on your rod as you're going along, this will make it sqeakier! X2 on everything.  The hook on the Lunker Lure is amazingly sharp.

Right now this is my goto buzzer. It has a unique rivet and is  the best designed buzzer I have seen.

they are expensive though.

color is irelevant at night, I ususaly fish black or chartruse or white but I havent noticed one color out fishing another after about 15 years of night time buzzing
