Hey Guys. I just wanted to hear your thoughts on Clay Dyer? He is such an inspiration to me. Living proof that your dreams are never to big. I believe we could all learn alot from him. He has alot of wisdom and is a sharp human being. No rude comments please because he is a good example of what good is left in this world. Thanks.

He is an amazing individual. Against all odds he's fought and competed and taught himself to function when most people probably would have just given up. He's one of those people that you have to think about when you start to think your life is hard.

How can one not be impressed with Clay Dyer.  What an amazing person!  When I first read about him a couple of years ago I was completely blown away.  He is not only an inspiration to bass fishermen but to everyone in any line of endeavor.

He was at our church in Feb. I got him to sign my Skeeter cap even thought he said he shouldn't 'cause he's sponsored by Ranger.....then he laughed. Bought his book....awesome isn't quite enough!

Old thread, but I have been under a rock... first heard of Clay Dyer today.   Searching, I don't see much mention of him here last few years and I wanted to share how impressed I am with anyone else not familiar with him...I'm absolutely floored and will think twice about complaining about challenges on the water in the future.

Wow thanks for starting this.I hadn't heard of him either. Wish I could fish with him someday.

God help me to not grumble and complain with my light afflictions...

I met Clay at the Classic a couple of years ago In Greenville SC. He's one of the nicest people I have ever met and the longer we talked the more I wanted to pull up a chair and sit there all day. If you ever get a chance to meet him Do it!

Wow.  That dude can fish with the best of them while holding and working his rod with his chin.  He would be absolutely scary if he had arms and legs.  Thanks for reviving this thread, I had never heard of him before.
