Put me down as a fan. I could care less about how he fishes stocked private ponds. I'd watch him catch bass from a swimming pool if it was on TV, he's just that likable.

I wouldn't mind seeing him stop cranking on the lower jaws of the fish he catches, however. Still not as bad as watching guys like Ike bouncing fish off the deck, shaking them around while screaming in their faces.

I've been enjoying his show for some time now.

But I always want to yell "Look Out" right before he takes his knee out on that trailer hitch.

I like his show but I can't take it as seriously as a show on a lake. Pond fishing is just easier. I would absolutely fish there if it was me. But if you want to convince me that you are a really good fisherman with a really good technique, I don't want to see you on a stocked farm pond where a little kid can catch a 5 lber.

I do find him informational. I've seen him give small talks and I find them very interesting.

Little kid? Do not underestimate the ability of a little kid we have some around here do very well for themselves and have not reached junior HS yet.

Hank is one good individual, I can't say enough good things about him, and Bill.  These guys are icons of the sport along with Jimmy H., KVD, Roland, and the others.  I'm sure they'll be in the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame when it opens, both in person & as notables on display.

I'll give Bill my vote too.  Is it possible? I think I've been watching him for three decades???  OMG

His show is a nice way to kick back and unwind.  Like his music too.....

Ya, It's one in a chain of three; why, you fish it?  Don't think I've ever seen anyone fishing there.  The pond to the north (in the town homes) was good back in the 70's when we had a gun range there and it was all undisturbed woods.

I like Bill and I like to watch the show every once in a while.  But I won't be buying any lures based on Bill catching hogs on them in his private pond.

Bill has one episode I saw where the camera was panning around and just for a second you could see his auto-feeder on the bank not far from where he was fishing.   But that's OK, the old man could use some help from time to time.

Every now and then he gets out to some "real" fish'n holes :)

Well say what you want about Dance. But he is still a nice fella. When you See any of these guys out there catching big bass on one of the big reservoirs or lakes do not be to sure of what your seeing. About 15 yrs ago when he was the rage Rolland Martin filmed a show on Truman Reservoir here in Missouri. He had a boat that had some really big bass in a large live well. Out of camera range of course. Mr slick would cast his lure to that boat and someone in there was hooking on a bass for him to reel in. There was a big thing in the locale papers at that time about it. Two people still fishing watched him for several minutes before they were discovered. Roland Martin turns my stomach about every other word is some sales pressure about one thing or another. I would not believe a word he says nor would I buy anything he is trying to push. What he done is far worse than fishing in a private pond. as far as I am concerned it was plain fraud.

I relocated some bigguns in there  from a nearby pond after a guy posted pics on another site and guys started coming from DE.

I used fish the one down the hill from the Sears Automotive at night.  Nice fish in there at the time.
