What Size Braid For Curado 51E

I just got a Curado 51E that im going to be pitching with. What size braid should i use?

How heavy will your bait be? How nasty is the cover?

For me, I use 40# for everything. Cheaper that way for me.

I agree with rockchalk, 40 is good unless you are fishing some extremely heavy cover.

Like the posts above it really depends but I use 20 or 30 on mine.

For pitching, I would go 40 at minimum.

I have two Curado  51e's one a 7' Medium power, fast action rod that I use 20lb braid on. Another on a 7' MH power, fast action rod with 30lb braid. I pitch with both. No problems. Match the line to your presentations, rod power, and cover you will be fishing. That reel will handle most any size line for bass fishing.
