What does it consists of?

ReelEx is located in CA and specializes in Shamano reels, look them up.

Factory reels, depending on the quality, use production tolerance components that can vary greatly. A good reel technition will check every component for flaws, clean out the factory lubricant, upgrade bearings so the reel performs smoothly and cast maximum distance.

I too use Mike at Delaware Valley Tackle. He does outstanding work, and is a sponsor here. Besides supporting the entire forums here, he also freely helps those who have questions regarding reels and rods.
