The Rutland B.A.S.S. group has a Facebook page... They're the closest to me, though I'm a little leery of competitive angling.  I'm sure someone there can point you towards other clubs in the area (in addition to the web resources mentioned in an earlier reply).

Guess I'm a little late on this post. Our club, Chittenden County Bass Masters, has members from Montpelier and the Mad River Valley over to Bristol up to Swanton and North Hero. 33+ members, all great guys without egos. Our club is the oldest club in VT. WWW.ccbvermont.com I'm the president (and VP currently) . 8 "club" tournaments a year and 3 opens as well. Any questions pm me. HeavyD, there's a new club out of the Dover/Wilmington area if you are interested let me know and I'll get you in touch with them.

Thanks, Weber... You can shoot me their info in a PM if you want and I'll look them up.  Truth be told, though, with a new kayak and four kids (including a new infant) here at home, I doubt I'd really have the time to get into the club thing.  Maybe in a couple years.

But, it sure wouldn't hurt to check.  Hope all is well with you and yours.
