What are yall's favorite Spinnerbaits, Jigs, and Soft Plastic baits? I have only fished bass with worms and need some info on good bait for small to medium size bass. Thanks

Strike King for Spinners mainly because it is all I have used. I like the burner series. Siebert Outdoors for jigs (a sponsor here). My favorite plastic would easily have to be some sort of craw. Rage craw or net bait paca craw work good for me.

Well, I primarily fish with soft plastics, too. If you want to expand your universe, so-to-speak, this is the place to do it.

I've been fishing my whole life and just never had the success with hard baits that I do with soft baits. So I tend to stick with what works rather than too much experimentation.

If you fish tourneys, you'll certainly want to diversify your approach and what you throw. For those of us who don't, well -- I'll speak for myself -- diversify when time permits, but stick to what works and enjoy life on the water.

FWIW, I'm going to give more attention to jigs this year. I've thrown cranks and spinnerbaits for years, but rarely do so anymore. Plenty here swear by them, so pay attention

As far as fav soft plastics:

Gary Yamamoto Senkos in 4", then 5"

Zoom Finesse Worms

GYCB Yamaminnows (small but deadly)

Bass Pro Stik-O's in 4"

Spinnerbaits have not really produced for me, so I left 'em.  I used War Eagle and Strike King, though.

Jigs are this year's goal lure to learn... Starting with some jigs from Siebert Outdoors, a site sponsor.  Mike will hook you up.  And, from what I've seen, his product is absolutely top-notch!

Soft plastics... What I fished 99% of the time last year.  I learned a ton, and got a lot of confidence in a few presentations.  I started with a couple packs of Yamamoto Senkos and immediately was catching fish.  I wound up, on sale, buying some Strike King copies of Senko (Shim-E-Sticks, I think) in similar colors.  Though I loved the cost savings, I just never saw the same hookups.  Coincidence or lack of confidence, probably... But, since I want to catch fish it's worth it to pay up a little.

So, I've stuck with GYCB for all my soft plastic trick and finesse worms.  The Fat Ika is a killer bait!!

This year I'm hoping to play some with flukes (Zoom) and soft swimbaits (BPS).  I also bought several bags of BPS's stick bait (Sink-o?) and will be giving them a chance to unseat the senko.

I just started fishing spinnerbaits this season.  I have several Strike King ones and I like them a lot but if your just getting into them and still deciding whether or not you like them or not, WalMart has their own brand of spinnerbaits for buck a piece.  For soft plastics, I've been liking Rage Tail lately.  Haven't done much jig fishing so I can't really say anything there.

Fave spinnerbaits- Strike King, Booyah and Dave's Tourney Tackle

Jigs- Dave's TT, Northstar and Dirty Jigs

Plastics- Berkley, Zoom, Culprit, Netbait

Don't use spinners too much, but for jigs I only use All Terrain, they're cheap (2.99 each) and super durable, catch a lot of fish and look really good

I swear by the war eagle spinnerbaits! I got 2 of the Megastrike strike back spinnerbaits, but I have not used them. For jigs I grab up anything in a clearance bin since I throw them in areas where I don't expect to get them out of half the time. For plastics rage tail, zoom, and roboworm are my choices. I started playing around with the rage tail Anaconda, and can tell it's going to be a great bait to use!
