The game looks amazing and has great reviews. I'm going to pick it up for the Xbox. It's going to be good.

The review I saw on it the other day said it was one of the worst games ever made.

They need to kill off the Lori ghost too...  My wife and I high fived when they killed off the alive version.

love the show but the comics are better. its really the only show i make an effort to watch routinely and havnt missed an episode yet. love the whole concept as its not really about the zombies but about different people coming together and surviving through the apocalypse. i already cant wait for next season. if its anything like the comics, it should be interesting.

 

its a shame the new survival instincts game was a dud, i had high hopes for it. the one telltales did was awesome though.

Agreed 100%.  She was annoying since the first season and when she died I was like "yes!  finally!" but then she comes back in ghost form.

 

I'm anxious to see the finale.  You know someone is probably gonna be killed off and everyone left is a really good solid character.  I'd hate to see any of them go.  I keep thinking in the back of my mind that it might be Glen or Maggie.

another awesome show. i havnt watched it on TV since i dont have that channel but a friend let me borrow the first 3 seasons on blu ray and wow, that show is great. its too bad andy passed, he was such a good actor. and while this new guy does a great job, its just not the same.

Midway through this season, I started losing interest in the show. I have had enough of this long...drawn out dispute on territory. I wanted to see them journey on and kill walkers, instead Rick lost his marbles, his son has bigger balls than him, and the Governor is like the terminator.  They should have killed two birds with one stone and had Arnold be the Goveeeeeeenah. 

It better be one heck of a finale or no more for me. 

 

Game of Thrones starts Sunday, so all is good for me. GoT > all.  Watching Vikings on History too, another good one.

So much to talk about but I don't want to give anything away in case anyone hasn't seen the finale yet so....

Carl going off the deep end.  I agree with this.  He shouldn't have killed that kid but I also feel like he's sort of throwing a bit of a temper tantrum because Rick won't let him do anything fun.  Ok, maybe not fun but Carl wants to contribute.  Help raid Woodbury, defend the group, go off on his own little excursions when they're out on runs but Rick wants to keep him out of danger whenever possible.  Carl wants Rick to see him as more of an adult and feels like he's being too overprotective.

 

I felt bad for Milton.  He just wasn't built for the zombie apocalypse.  I would have liked for him to survive but I'm glad he had a noble death trying to save Andrea and kill The Governor.

 

Andrea Andrea Andrea....she shoulda just listened to Michone in the first place and left Woodbury.  She made a valiant effort but in the end, it just wasn't enough.  At least she wasn't tortured to death and at least she was able to do herself in rather than turning.  Very sad since a couple episodes ago she was right there within arms reach of the prison and her people.

 

I enjoyed the scene where The Governor killed the Woodbury army.  They question his authority, he goes berserk and blows everyone away, and then you see Martinez in the background about to poop himself.  I'm sure next season he's going to try and continue waging war on Rick and the group but he's really only down to 2 guys now so I dunno...

 

I'm not too sure about Rick's decision to bring all the Woodbury citizens back to the prison.  I suppose yeah, it was morally the right thing to do and sets a good example for Carl who is starting to lose his way but aside from Tyreese and his sister, its pretty much all children and old folks.  The group isn't realy gaining too many able bodies.  Seems to me like the majority of the people taken in are going to be more of a liability than an asset.  But on the plus side, after doing this, Rick no longer sees Lori's ghost so hopefully were done with all that nonsense.

 

Now we play the waiting game til Season 4.  October can't come soon enough.  Catchin fat fall bass in the morning and watching the Walking Dead in the evenings!

I bet we see the prison all fixed up with crops in the yard and all that next season with the prison acting as a regular "town".  They have to be able to feed all those people somehow.

I would love to have been a fly on the wall for that drive with the Govenor after he gunned down his own people.  I wonder who broke the silence?  I wonder where they went?

This was my favorite season of the three so far, but my least favorite finale. I am fine with Andrea being gone, she always bugged me. I knew Milton was not going to make it, just didn't seem to be the kind of person who would last long in that type of world. IDK about Carl, I yelled at the TV "just shoot him" when the guy was approaching them. That dude should have handed it over faster and not left a doubt in the mind on what he was doing. I wasn't sure he was going to surrender, he was taking his time with it that's for sure. In that world, shoot first, ask questions later. I think Carl did what he felt was right to protect his people.

It's a great show, but i don't keep up with the weekly episodes. I just buy them when they are released on DVD, so I'm always about a year behind when it comes to my favorite TV shows. For example, I haven't seen season 5 of Breaking Bad or season 3 of Boardwalk Empire, and I love those shows.
