Did anyone else notice how Todd Faircloth had his swimming caffeine shad rigged? Was that just weeds on top of the bullet sinker he was using, or some secret the common folk don't know about??? It kinda looked like a "bowl-type" do-hickey??? Anyone see it??? Anyone know what gives??? Quote

He had all his rods like that probably so it wouldn't get all tangled when making quick switches. Im not 100%sure sure but thats what i made of it. Quote

Its a little circular cup you put in front of or behind (which ever you like best) your weight and it gives your bait a crankbait type action but with a very erratic action, kind of like what the new Rapala Scatter Raps are designed to do. I suppose it could have been a rod guide, but it sure looked like a metal cup. I checked out the wigglefins and also the hookup baits nose job...it looked more like those...but it appeared to me to be metal. Thanks for all the replies. Quote
