My goal for this year is to catch something with a Senko. I'll be using Wacky rig, looking at the new Lazer TroKar Weedless Wacky Hooks. Has anyone tried them?

I'll probably be only using 4" and 5" Senkos. Most likely 2/0 hooks.

Your goal should be very easy to meet if you get near some fish.

Just my personal preference, but I use 3/0 and 4/0 extra-wide-gap hooks for 4" and 5" Senkos, respectively. You could miss some hookups with 2/0 as they might not have enough gap to allow them to pass through the plastic and into the fish's jaw.

Well I tried Senkos last year and didn't work out, I always ran to my main baits. I'll focus on just Senkos until I catch something. I have a lot of 3/0 and 4/0 wides.

I'm guessing you will meet this goal very early in the year if you actually follow through with your plans.

Agree. Cast around docks or weed edges and you'll have your first in no time.
