SGT Rico Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Swimbaits and jigs. I have way too many!!!!! Quote
NWI-Bassin' Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Lipless cranks. Yup. While some of you guys say jigs or spinnerbaits. I have about 5 jigs and 5 spinnerbaits. But around 20 lipless cranks. And I've only been fishing since April. And another thing is I've gotten hung up about 15+ so... Add 20 more lipless cranks. Lol Quote
Super User J Francho Posted March 15, 2013 Super User Posted March 15, 2013 Just 20 lipless baits Quote
Trackick9707 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Frogs. All colors and shapes and styles and sizes. Especially during the winter... Quote
Amarley Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Man, I thought I had some tackle buying issues, but you guys are making me feel much better about my impulse control! I need my wife to read this board! Quote
Amarley Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 For the record, my weaknesses are junebug colored plastics, squarebills, and jigs. Quote
NEjitterbugger Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Soft Plastics!!! CANT HAVE ENOUGH!!!! For ex: I get $100 to BPS for my BDAY... Spend 80% on soft plastics... My aunt gives me $50 to BPS I spend 100% on soft plastics.... I need to buy more jigs and cranks Quote
JeziHogg Posted March 15, 2013 Author Posted March 15, 2013 Another one of mine are St Croix rods.. Quote
NWI-Bassin' Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Just 20 lipless baits Sadly yes. Lol. I had 40+ , I found a container of receitps and they were all for lipless cranks lol.. Quote
jignfule Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Fat Ika's. I've got a gallon zip loc full of em that's bursting at the seams X2 Hard to find in these parts, especially in the colors I use. So in fear of ever running low, I grab a few packs every time I find them. Quote
Super User Teal Posted March 16, 2013 Super User Posted March 16, 2013 Kryptonite. I have a weakness for the wife, hard to say no to her. Quote
Super User iabass8 Posted March 17, 2013 Super User Posted March 17, 2013 Wintertime sales. To be fair, I don't need to buy an awful lot during the warmer months of the year but come winter, the cycle just repeats itself. Quote
BassThumb Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Craw trailers. I have about 30 pounds worth of them. Quote
PondBoss Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Bomber crankbaits: 1) Square-A 2) 4a 3) Fat Free anything Quote
papajoe222 Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Swivels. Can't stay out of the swivel isle. Black, brass, chrome, ball bearing, snaps and no snaps. I've lost all control. I have a buddy that's got it for them too. Wears a ton of jewelry also. I think that's where his addiction originated. With me, it's plastic baits. BIG plastics. If a company comes out with a mega sized tube, worm, or whatever, I'll be in line to buy some when they hit the shelves. Quote
bass1980 Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Jig fishing!!! I love power fishing, even when I'm not fishing I'm putting action into the retrieve. I need to learn more about the structure of lakes and how to use Jigs. By late spring and summer there is so much vegetation that I just don't know where to throw jigs other than docks. I just end up with a pile of weed. Quote
