I believe so. Citrus shad is correct it is the 12'-14' bomber fat free.. I'll have to get the exact model number...

The BD8F dives 17-19'.  That is the one I caught my PB on.  Ticking tree tops in 40 fow, with the tree tops in 16-18'

Bandit 100, 200, and 300. Might get into the 250 this coming year. I like anything Bandit really. Colors are blue back herring, chartreuse green back, taco salad, citrus shad, sparkle ghost, and root beer. I have about a dozen more colors in them also that I'm looking forward to putting to use.

This will be my first season where i am going to use the crankbait on a regular basis.. I have tried it in the past and probably give up on it to easily. My home lake has thread fins, gizzard shad, ale wives ( i hope i spelled thst right ), and bluegill. Would something in the sexy shad color or tennessee shad be more accurate for my home lake? The lower arm of the lake is real clear at least 10' visibility and the upper arm has visibility from 2'-4'... Oh yeah its a deep mountain lake.. Not very much off shore structure that isnt 70-90' deep..

Bandit 100 green/chart blue back, baby bass, khaki, and purple tiger

Off the shelf my favorite crankbait is a Mann's Baby 1-Minus in Ghost Bluegill, although I employ an arsenal of cranks throughout the year. When the shallow cranking bite is on, it's one of my favorite techniques. The BPS "The Egg" is also deadly and dives even shallower than a 1-Minus (1-3"... just swap out the hooks for something quality and you're good to go.)

My favorite lipless is the red eye shad in citrus shad color. I really like the 5 and 6xd is powder blue chartreuse as well. They really stand out well in this murky mess Douglas Lake is filled with.

sounds like my home lake...tennesee shad and citrus shad have served me well. however when the water gets cloudy I go to black back with chartruese.

color is important but not nearly as important as deflection. deflection is the key

Its a 3 Way tie for me between

a)Storm WiggleWart in Firetiger

b)KVD Squarebill 2.5 in Chart./Blk Back

c)Strike King Series 5XD in Ghost Minnow

The strike king KVD 1.5 in silver sexy shad always produces and a clacking craw by river2sea in red are also fantastic

Is the square bill primarily a shallow runner, or can you get them in deep diving?  I truly haven't fished with crankbaits to often...

the only cranks i use are speed traps and lucky craft pointers and a few megabass vision 110s
