I have a couple of soft plastic standby baits that have been discontinue and I can't find them on eBay or any of the usual tackle sites... I need to send the away to have them duplicated, I have found a few sites online that will replicate what I send, even add scents to them. I'm leaning towards Jak's Custom Baits, but have no experience with them (http://www.jakscustombaits.com/custom.htm)

Can anyone recommend a good manufacturer, or does anyone have experience with Jak's? I'm down to my last two bags and they won't last me very long...

Which bait and I can reccomend you to a company.

Those baits on Jaks site are from standard molds available to everyone. They look good and I would order from them if they have what you want.

You could also order the mold and make them yourself. But that would cost you at least $200 to start up.

Are you looking for small custom bait companies? If so I recommend Big Boy Baits, Teacha Worms Baits, or Pour House custom baits.

I have two baits I need recreated. One is a trick worm style that was available in the 80s, I don't know the name... The other is a Charm Assassin by Bass Assassin...

You could always make your own. There are a lit of ways to make molds on YouTube. I have made a bunch with a little practice they can come out as good as new.

I use JawJacker Custom Crankbaits. Truly awesome, VERY durable baits. And fish catchers.

Jaks baits is a great company. If you have ay questons give them a call and they will do anything to help you out. The guy the runs everything is Jeff and is a good duy. They are good baits that will catch fish!

Yeah, some places still do. SW only has 3 colors left, none of which I use.  Other sites that sell them have only the last run of colors (Black yellow lines/dots or lime). Something is wrong with that run, the baits came out very stiff, not enough softener...

What color 7" Charm worms?  (Didn't they also come in a 4.75"?) I have some I could sell you cheap. Never caught a fish on them. I have off white with black flakes and chartreuse with black flakes.

SenkoSam, PM sent... :)
