JT Bagwell Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 Have you done the Insanity workout? If so what were your results? Did you last for the full 60 days? Quote
preach4bass Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 I've done the workouts a lot, but never followed the program's suggested 60-day order. But, I got tired of skipping around, and started the "program" this week. It's hard, but it keeps you in shape! If you can do the "Pure Cardio" without slacking or taking an extra break, you're a BEAST. I have to hit "pause" every time I do that one. 1 Quote
JT Bagwell Posted March 9, 2013 Author Posted March 9, 2013 I just started it tonight. I did P90X several years ago. Quote
Super User slonezp Posted March 9, 2013 Super User Posted March 9, 2013 My son just started it and said it's harder than any high school football workout he ever did. 1 Quote

Super User Jigfishn10 Posted March 21, 2013 Super User Posted March 21, 2013 I've been jogging 5K's 4 times a week since October, road and treadmill, and want to supplement the run. Has anyone tried the Insanity Fast & Furious 20 min workout? I was thinking of getting it. Quote
JT Bagwell Posted March 21, 2013 Author Posted March 21, 2013 I think after this round of Insanity I am going to buy these: GSP's Rushfit Insanity Asylum Les Mill's Combat Quote
