AuburnRig Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 I'm getting one of these today.......It would be a no brainer for me., but the Citica is a 5.0:1 Ratio, and the Okuma is 6.2:1...Both are in great shape... I already have a Citica 200D 6.2:1 Ratio, so Im kind of swinging that way...Here is my set up.... Shimano Curado 200E 6.2:1 Shimano Citica 200D 6.2:1 BPS Extreme 6.0 Pfluger Echelon Your input would be greatly appreciated... Quote
shootermcbob Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 what are you planning on using it for? Also, what gear ratios are the Extreme and the Pflueger? Quote
AuburnRig Posted March 8, 2013 Author Posted March 8, 2013 I was wanting to really have one for light weight use, so thats why I was going for the Okuma, But I love Shimano, but the only thing i could really use it for is Crankin or slow rolling a spinnerbait Quote
Fishwhittler Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 The Okuma Krios is only available in 7.3:1 retrieve speed, not 6.2:1. Per the Okuma website. Quote
AuburnRig Posted March 11, 2013 Author Posted March 11, 2013 ur right ...the Okuma is 7.3:1.....I went with it...., but I haven't spooled it , yet Quote
