Heres my koi.... I got it because of the story behind the koi fish and because I love fishing. I had it done with money I received from my grandparents who were by far the most influential people in my life in regards to the outdoors. Its my dedication to the people who made me who I am! Maybe I should get a hellgramite on my head. My grandfather used to pick them out of the river, take his hat off and put them in his hat. I thought he was nuts lol.

In many ways, I'm an old hippie.  Personally, I just don't get tats.  I can't see the point.  To echo Tomustang, good luck to ya.  Just saying, for the price of a tat, you could buy a decent reel (or 2).

Bad picture of it but here's my LMB chasing a spinnerbait on my foot. It's not actually finished yet. My boss' appointment showed up while he was tattooing me so it had to be cut short.   I think I'm going to add the words Kickin' Bass arched above my toes.     You'd have to know me to find it as funny as I do. I have a pencil on my other foot. Why you ask........... because I have a lead foot.

tattoos are decoration.  there is a whole different type of thing called scarification.  that is something i don't understand.  there are a lot of sins when considering the whole "the body is a temple" thing,  such as being over weight, poor hygiene, & etc.

Tugs if you need a piece of work to start with pm me.  I've got a wicked Largemouth I drew up that I would be willing to share with you, if nothing more than an idea or starting point.  I drew it up for a t-shirt design but it would be cool as a tat.

Funny thing about tattoos is that they can be addicting.  I was the first rule breaker in my family I got my first ink 20 years ago...man I am getting old...since my first I have gotten several more.  Both my brothers, one of my sisters, and not to long ago my father got some ink.    No fishing related ink yet.

My one and only tattoo, after a dark period in my life this is my reminder to keep things even. The ying yang symbol using a smallmouth and largemouth.
