They are available at fly tying shops.

Earlier in the month one of our younger anglers posted a topic on spinnerbaits tips and tricks: http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/113524-spinnerbait-tips-and-tricks/

and liked my spinnerbait with a zonker strip (rabbit hair) added, so I offered one up. This was just dropped it in the mail:

Hopefully he'll catch his PB on it as I did with mine.

Where do they have green rabbits?

Kent you can buy the rabbit hare strips usually in the fly tackle section of bigger retailer or from a fly shop. Maybe online  too. You would have to rig them yourself unless you could get a tie flyer to help.
