I have figured out almost everything with the unit that I need except for the ol' cliche of not being able to set the time.  For some reason, my clock is an hour behind and I'm not sure how to correct it.  Assistance please?

I would like it to stay on EST because we use this for all our weigh-in times despite the time zone we're in.

Haha I had the same problem it was correct until the time changed.  I couldn't figure it out either.  I did finally get it right but can't remember now how I did it.  I will try to hook up the unit when I get home tonight and figure it out.  If I remember right I couldn't find it in the manual either.
