Anyone know of a fish recipe that has beer in it?  My mom use to have one and for the life of me I can't find it anywhere.

Beer batter? Shore Lunch makes a beer batter coating for deep fried. I prefer Don's Chuck Wagon onion ring mix and I substitute beer for water. It's lighter than the Shore Lunch
