So i ordered several rods from Denali about a week an half ago and on this past fri i decided to track the package and it said it was delivered one day prior. Long story short the driver did come back to my house and advised he remembers seeing the package on the van but doesnt remember what happened to it and doesnt recall where it was delivered. Fedex did take full responsibility for the lost package and hopefully will get new rods shipped out this week from Denali. Someone in MD will be enjoying 3 new denali rosewoods, package was never returned.

Sad to say this happened to someone else. I just got married and was receiving wedding presents shipped to my house from all over the country. One day I return home and there was a huge package at the doorstep. I did not look at the label just opened it. It turns out that it was a bar and bar stools. I spent five hours putting that thing together. That was before I actually knew how to do anything. When the wife returns home she looks and it was supposed to be delivered to a different state. I was so ticked off that I spent that much time on it that we kept it. To this day I am sure my wife has it. Moral of the story, should have kept the bar and shipped the wife to the address.
