Going To Lake Okeechobee In 2 Weeks

Im planning a trip to head up there and rent a boat out of the Clewiston area. I just wanted to know if people here can give me some advice on a good area to fish that isnt too far from that launch. I was told to check out "uncle joes cut," any comments on that place? Also just wanted to know what you guys think i should be using. From what i found out top water frogs and using paddle tail flukes and swim baits have been doing well up there. Any advice would be awesome!

All good advice, both east and west wall right off the Clewiston channel are close and should have fish.
