How Much Do The Top Pros Make From Sponsors?

I know the amounts will very, and its difficult to distinguish whos a "top pro" vs. Mid level, etc.

But I've always wondered, so if anyone have any kind of an idea please share. Even if its just a few ball-park figures. I'd also like to hear about some of the guys that arn't household names.

For instance, what kind of contract does Ike sign to promote Berkeley, Abu, Toyota, etc?. Surely there must be some monetary compensation, not just a bag of pit bosses here and a few veritas rods there.

Contingency money is where its at. I don't know actual figures, but winning with said sponsor pays a lot more than just endorsing them.
