Gamec0cks5 Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Ok so I am a big believer in the Wacky worm set up when nothing else is working. I like the Gary Senkos of course. I also use the Yum Dinger and SK Ocho and like them too But I was wondering about the Lake Fork Whack-N-Worm. It looks like it will be deadly rigged whacky style but not too sure?? It may be more for catching me than the bass Any Thoughts? Quote
Gamec0cks5 Posted April 9, 2010 Author Posted April 9, 2010 Well i took out a regular client of mine last week and we went out and he tied on a Watermelon Candy whack-n-worm with their new weighted hook system. I will be honest it looked pretty tacky to me especially the ring weight. But hey he did catch two nice bass and a 2.5lb cat fish I will say one thing though they were very delicate he tore two of them up pretty easily. I might try them out but will be just using a owner mosquito hook instead of their hook. I fish my whacky worms with a lightweight set up so I can feel the bite a tad bit better. I am tempted to try these now. The client was fishing the bait horribly though! He wouldn't let it sink he just was jerking it erracticly the whole way back in and wouldn't let it do its thing > But still caught fish so that must say something Quote
