DeadEyeDavey Posted February 20, 2013 Posted February 20, 2013 I don't use jigs, but that looks professionally made. Good job. Quote

cadman Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 Cadman, that jig is thanks to your countless messages of advice haha. Couldnt have done it without your help! Don, All said and done, it goes back to you as a builder and wanting to take the initiative to want to learn. Catch some big ones on it. One last thing don't blame me if you get too addicted to making jigs. LOL.Finally if you ever need help you know where you can find me Quote
bkohlman Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 Looks great, I bet the bass in Kansas would bite that, but we are currently under a foot or more of snow..... so no fishing for me! Quote
Super User smalljaw67 Posted February 22, 2013 Super User Posted February 22, 2013 That look good HookSetDon!!! I make finesse jigs with the skirt back like that for smallies, the only difference is I often let for of the strands stick out the top, they call it a crop top, it will add action and slow the fall of the jig down but I like the look of what you did there, I may have to try that myself, great job!!!!!
