soccplayer07 Posted March 30, 2010 Posted March 30, 2010 ***.com I use them for drop shots and shaky rigs. Quote
Bamajoker Posted March 30, 2010 Author Posted March 30, 2010 cool thank was hoping dicks, wal-mart, gander, academy carried them though =(. Quote
soccplayer07 Posted March 30, 2010 Posted March 30, 2010 dicks does as well however their color selection does not do the company justice. Quote
soccplayer07 Posted March 30, 2010 Posted March 30, 2010 I should have stated... I use the zippers for shaky and straight tail for drops Quote
Super User Hammer 4 Posted March 30, 2010 Super User Posted March 30, 2010 Sports Chalet, has them too, but selection is small compared to TW. also most tackle shops carry them. Roboworms work for all rigs..even whacky rigging. These come in 4 1/2" and 6"..most prefer then flat tail version, they also come in a curly tail too. Quote
Bamajoker Posted March 30, 2010 Author Posted March 30, 2010 they have a lot of odd colors lol whats some good ones for clear and stained Quote
Super User iceintheveins Posted March 30, 2010 Super User Posted March 30, 2010 They make great worms for just about any finesse presentation. Best on split shot, mojo, light carolina and texas, and shaky head rigging. They have a nice wriggling action. Quote
Super User Big Bait Fishing Posted March 30, 2010 Super User Posted March 30, 2010 all the walmarts by me have some kind of selection of Robo worms , not the best but they got them !!! Quote
Super User Fishing Rhino Posted March 30, 2010 Super User Posted March 30, 2010 http://www.roboworm.com/products.htm Here's another good worm company. 100 of these spring worms for $13.20. A lot of interesting colors as well as the old standbys. http://www.productolure.com/springworm.php And one more. They also sell a 3 3/4" Zipper Worm, which Roboworm discontinued. http://www.zipperwormcompany.com/index.php Can't go wrong with any of them. Stores that carry any of them are not likely to carry them in all the available colors. Quote
Vinny Chase Posted March 30, 2010 Posted March 30, 2010 I like to use them on a shaky head. You can find a wide variety at Gander Mouintain Quote
weekendfisherman Posted April 5, 2010 Posted April 5, 2010 In our lake (Claytor Lake in SW VA) they out-fish about everything else in the summer. We drop-shot, or split-shot them. In the dead of summer, these and skipping Senkos under piers account for most of the fish caught in local Tournaments. Quote
Diablos Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 Fishing shaky heads is my favorite type of fishing and Roboworms are the first bait outta the box. Quote
aarogb Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 I should have stated...I use the zippers for shaky and straight tail for drops X2. They are killer finnesse baits no matter which one you use. Quote
Speed_Racer Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Fat straight tails for shakeyheads and regular straight tails for dropshot... Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted April 7, 2010 Super User Posted April 7, 2010 6" Shakin' Zipper Worm for everything http://www.roboworm.com/zsframe.htm I think I have two of every color...The fish don't seem to be able to tell them apart! 8-) Quote
Sfritr Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Aarons Magic is my go to color. About the only bait I use when dropshotting for smallies. Killer on my lakes Quote
