Went up for the FLW event in Clewiston. I got to meet and get autographs from great fishermen such as Jimmy Houston, Randall Tharp, Dion Hibdon, etc. Got Dion to sign my Shimano hat, so now it might actually be worth something, lol. Got a bunch of free stuff, and won some cool baits. Its nice to see the pros interact with the fans and sign autographs. Had a nice conversation with Dion about the fishing on the lake. He is a very nice guy, very humble. If there ever is a event by you, I suggest you go and check it out.

I haven't met Dion.  His father Guido is a riot!  He was at one of the Bassmaster University events that I attended.  In 2007, a Bassmaster elite Tournament was on Grand.  They had a meet and greet event the night before the tournament.  All the pros were very kind.  I talked to Ish about frogging he gave me some tips.  Scott Rook picked up my son, put him in the boat, and opened up a box and told him to pick out a package of soft plastics.   My son was beaming.  They are all class acts!
