We could use some moisture down this way, but you can keep the snow.  Hope everything stays up and running.

We got 6" yesterday and a Lexus slid under the back of my Tundra. Does that count? This will be my 5th rear bumper since I bought the truck in 2008. Poor Lexus needs a hood, fender, bumper and headlight.

That sucks....good thing it was just the bumper.

Yeah. I was waiting to make a left turn and the kid slid into me. He was driving an IS250 and it just crumpled.

Have fun with that - Most of my family is still down your way - I'm sure I'll hear about "all the snow".

Usually takes us a couple of days or so to get that - but we also have some place to put it . . . . .

You're not kidding!

I was asked to stop off and get bread and milk...so I got beer instead...what the heck, it has yeast in it and it foams up white to look like milk...my kids will never know the difference. :eyebrows:

Stay safe. Watching the Weather Channel right now, y'all gonna get slammed. I told my boys this morning that it's like a hurricane without the rain.

They were all "awww, awesome, dad!!" and "why can't we get that?"

Kids.  :dazed-7:

To paraphrase Will Smith, the Fresh Prince, kids just don't understand.

Last tropical storm we had, my sons and the neighborhood boys were skim-boarding in our back yard....(actually was fun), one before that, the canoe and kayaks were out.

I'm sure you were around for '78? In '03 we past that mark, for Boston anyway, I'm sure the (interstate) 495 belt got a lot worse, but supposedly we are on track to break '03's record...I'm getting tired of breaking snow records.

I do remember 78 - EPIC !  That was right before I enlisted. I was laying low on delayed entry.  Entire state was in lock down.

All there was left to do was drink - so that's what every one did - then they would form fairly sizable gangs and venture to other neighborhood and fight . . .of course after two days of that all the "Packies" (Beantown word for liquor store) were closed until the roads opened back up and people could go to work . . . . .  aaaaah - the good old days - thanks for helping me remember.

Kids are home early and the snow is consistent.  Expecting about 8-12" here.  If it holds true then the worst is yet to come.

ROFL...yeah Derrick, I realize that the Granite State has been seriously affected by global warming causing a lot of cracks in the glaciers, but you really need to get you head out of one and turn on the news... :laugh5:

I parked at the top with my ranger but the 4x4 don't work and we got a little more then 24" so I took her 08 ford edge that's awd it barely made it up the hill took a few tries but I made it up she called and tried saying I was stuck......... I wasn't stuck I was red neck plowing.........no I was stuck but she don't need to know that lol.

I used the "Packy" title when I was out of state and the person at the store was like "what are you talking about"...After explaining, I was told to go to a gas station "like every other state in the Union!"...Man, I had a good laugh that day! That was when you jump the NH border to go to either a gas station or Market Basket on a Sunday... :eyebrows:
