Super User Raider Nation Fisher Posted February 4, 2013 Super User Posted February 4, 2013 Big Ray goes out with one more ring. Congrats Ravens! Quote
Jake P Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Ray is a one man circus. No team player gets there own Broadway entrance with props and stuff. What a joke. Not taking away from his stats though cause he is top 5 LB of all time. Just think he is all about me. Plus I'm pretty sure he murdered 2 guys and dumped the only evidence which was the suit he was wearing. I just don't like him as a person. Either way, congratulations Baltimore RAYvens! 1 Quote
Super User Teal Posted February 4, 2013 Super User Posted February 4, 2013 Ray Lewis is arguably the best MLB to ever play and got to out with another ring. Im happy for him. Also happy for Ed Reed, Haloti Ngata,Matt Birk, Terrell Suggs, Anquan Boldin, Ray Rice, Joe Flacco, and Vonte Leech. Those are some rugged guys that have been puttin in some serious work for a long time and have fought tooth and nail to get to the Lombardi Trophy. Also good to see the young guys like Michael Oher, Terrance Cody, Paul Kruger, Torey Smith and Jacoby Jones grow as players and contribute to a Superbowl teams. Those guys will be superstars for a long time. Tho I am an avid Carolina Panthers fan, I am a huge fan of these guys and the hard work that theyve always put in as ball players. I really am happy for these guys, especially the older ones that can cap their careers with a ring. Quote
Super User tomustang Posted February 4, 2013 Super User Posted February 4, 2013 Yay, Forty-Whiners lost! Quote
Super User Nitrofreak Posted February 4, 2013 Super User Posted February 4, 2013 I don't think anyone who looses a big game like that wants a microphone shoved in there face and then turn right around and be asked the question "how did you lose, can you explain that to us?" Me personally, I would much rather have a chance to calm down before I spoke with anyone, I can see several reasons why I would not want to talk to anyone after an emotional game like that, plus I would imagine he did not want to take anything away from his brother. Same goes for the Pats after their loss, who in their right mind would want to answer stupid questions like that? Quote

preach4bass Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 I'm glad Ray Lewis was able to go out on top. But, if he retires to become a commentator, I'm going to have to get an interpeter or watch the games in silence. I can't understand a thing that dude is talking about. Quote
Super User Felix77 Posted February 4, 2013 Super User Posted February 4, 2013 So much for that Pistol offense. It seemed out of sync all night long for the most part. Funny moment yesterday (kind of). At the end of the half with 3 minutes to spare I yelled out at the party that this would be a perfect time for a fake FG. If they make it they are in for a TD most likely. If not their defense would most likely hold with the way they have been playing. Everyone laughed at me until 2 seconds later the fake FG happened and then the Ravens defense held on the next possession. Nothing like good coaching on the couch with a wing in one hand and a ice cold Guiness in the other. LOL. Great game! Quote
Super User Darren. Posted February 4, 2013 Super User Posted February 4, 2013 Yeah, congrats Baltimore... Since I didn't have a horse in this race (GO BILLS! ), I was good either way, but was leaning toward the younger 49ers. Both teams had great stories this season. But the Ravens were the momentum team just like the Giants in their recent 2 SB wins. Very similar. Quote

Maybe ESPN can offer him the same speach class that Michael Irvin took. Lol I cant understand him either. Quote
