Hula Popper is my favorite right now.  Had a great day Saturday with one, so I just bought another one.  :)

PopX and Pop Max. I've also done extremely well on a modified yellow magic that I've learned to make. The MB baits are just unreal, though.

I like the Pop-R also.  For a small bait it seems to catch larger fish.

Im another one that uses spro popping frog or a rebel pop-r. The fish in my avatar was caught on a pop-r.

Spro Popping Frog and the Jackall Boil Trigger.  The BT isn't much to look at (tiny mouth/cup) but wow, what a BLOOP it makes, caught some good fish on it.

I grab old pop-rs from flea markets (after shaking for proper sound of course), float to determine attitude, those that make the grade get stripped to bone (those other than bone don't make the cut of course) For those who haven't washed out comes Hell week, lip is filed  (whittled actually) and shinny new hardware with #6 round gammys and 3 (and only 3) strands of white hackle with red thread on the rear. Then they are fished until "the one" makes himself known. Or you can forgo all that and get a Yellow Magic, Don Iovino or Zell Pop, all good poppers, don't be afraid to fine tune these as well, I know $10-$15 per might make you reluctant, but it pays, particularly when its dead calm, and they just want a subtle spit. When they are really chewing, most any popper will do...

My favorite is the Rebel Pop-r. Love the rebel 50th anniv. twin pack colors. I need to pick a few more packs of them up. Most of the big fish I have caught topwater were on pop-r's
