What is it about this lure?  I see them on Ebay going for close to $100.

It's a special collectors color (limited edition) that's why it's so expensive. The regular colors cost about 20 bucks and they catch fish!

Normal 110s cost around 20-24 bucks, Megabass used to change the palette every year ( the lure has the year of production painted on it ) so many colors begin to obtain collector 's status as the years go by and increase in value, also, Megabass paints special collector colors, the latest one is the ZERO: olive green with the red spot ( the rising sun emblem ), those are really hard to find and cost a good ammount of dough.

That isn't even a Megabass color - - it has been repainted by "Tater Hog" or whoever that is.   Some of the 110's he's painted have gone over $100 which is absolutely ridiculous.......people must think this is the only guy who can use an airbrush.

You can buy the "cheap" colors and have an expert (like Herman Oswald, Custom Lures Unlimited, etc...) repaint them for $10-$15 if you want.

I like that color but a Megabass Vision is the most worthless jerkbait I own. This is the only jerkbait that I have never caught a fish on? I have a Wal-Mart Renegade jerkbait that cost $0.40 on sale that outfishes it. Now since I paid so much for these I am going to give them another chance this year.

Put em on Ebay if they don't work for you.  You'll get enough to buy your fill or the renegades.

I'll have to pick up one of the regular ones then.  They do look pretty good.

If you are after 110 's don 't look for them at e-bay, most times the prices are outrageous, mail or call Megabass-USA and ask for them and ask for the list so you can place an order.
