Is there a list specifying which spools can be used in all the different Daiwa models?  One reason I ask is that a guy kept the GIGAS spool that came with my Type R reel, and substituted it with one that is an off yellow color.  I have since replaced the spool with an original model, and doubt I would ever put the replacement back in that particular reel.  However, I would be willing to use it with one of my other Daiwas giving me the ability to quickly (relatively speaking) change lines.  I have no idea what spool the guy replaced the original with.

I believe it is the 100M that can be used in my Fuegos.  I do know that I can get the Fuego upgrade from The Tackle Trap.

It would be nice if one of you experts could compile such a list if it isn't already available.  It would also be good to know which spools are considered an upgrade in different models and why...more line...less line for greater spool speed, etc,  I am not looking to upgrade all my Daiwas, but the Fuego is definitely one I would like to try several upgrades on besides the spool upgrade.  Might also give it a whirl on a Zillion.

Thanks.

I believe TDZ and Fuego spools are interchangeable, (Same base model), but I dont think the Zillions will work because they are slightly different but similar. I know you might be able to find more info on it in the forums as TT

I would just email Gary at the tackletrap. He will respond fast and give you the information you seek. Plus if he doesn't have it in stock he can likely order it as well. He is the first person I check with for any Daiwa upgrades and or parts compatibility.
