Kititas Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Just a ball sinker with a wire screw to hold it in the bait? Quote
Super User Jrob78 Posted January 27, 2013 Super User Posted January 27, 2013 I can't say as I've ever seen a ball sinker with a wire screw. If such a thing exists, I would love to see a picture of it. Your best bet might be to contact someone who pours sinkers, they might could rig you up something. Quote
Comfortably Numb Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 I'm not sure how you want to use it but these should work. http://www.barlowstackle.com/Lok-On-Coil-Keeper-P2479.aspx Just add your own sinker I make my own Quote
Megastink Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Texas bass tackle *m has tru-tungsten screw in weights on close out. I know they have 1/16 oz, maybe one size lighter... Just a thought. Quote
jsc4324 Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I know northern bass supply has them. I was just there and saw them on the wall. Check out there site or give then a call. Nice people to deal with. http://www.northernbass.com/ Quote
Super User J Francho Posted January 28, 2013 Super User Posted January 28, 2013 You can also buy cheap light wire ball head jigs, and nip the hook with wire cutters. Inexpensive Neko rig. Quote
Super User WRB Posted January 28, 2013 Super User Posted January 28, 2013 LunkerCity makes nail weight with a round ball end in various sizes. You can pinch a round split shot onto a HitchHiker. Tom Quote
detroit1 Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Use a screw. Everybody has a ton of these, different lengths, weight, etc. Cheaper than buying anything.... 1 Quote

Comfortably Numb Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Easy to make your own and they have a center aligning pin too. I have this wire with the end pre-bent but plain wire is just as easy. I wrap the wire by hand around the WD-40 straw/tube. In your case add the sinker, hook, etc to the loop before wrapping. I think they are .040 http://www.barlowstackle.com/Straight-Wire-Shafts--P907C124.aspx Quote
Silas Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 I just use round headed screws that I get at Ace Hardware. Cheap, comes in different sizes (weights) and either silver or gold. Makes perfect Neko rigs. I usually rig 4 or 5 Senkos with them and put them in a different plastic bag, ready to tie on. Most of us have a assortment of screws lying around in a drawer somewhere. Start with those. Quote
Comfortably Numb Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 If this is what you are trying to do, then yes a screw would work better than anything. http://www.landinglunkers.com/2008/03/23/wacky-rig-neko-rig/ Quote
SENKOSAM Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Minnow beat me to it except I use flexible and cheaper floral arrangement wire thinner than what is pictured). form loop ( I make and L to stick into the plastic - optional) cut off jighead with coil attached: swimbait hook with rig attached Quote
