I'd appreciate some input about MegaStrike's pro shakey head jigs. Has anyone tried them? A buck and a half seems steep to me. Are they worth it?

Totally worth it, I think they are the best shakey heads on the market. They stand up perfectly, you can fish any worm you want (doesn't have to float).

Any stand up head is better IMO than a round ball head, I was going to pick up some custom cast shakey heads at $1.3 a piece if that puts it in perspective.

It doesn't get any better than that.

They rock. Great finish, awesome hooks, and they stand up perfectly. I was fishing a partly iced pond and I made a bad cast that landed on an inch of ice, and bounced 2' in the air. Reeled it back in, not a scratch!

Exactly. Stands up perfectly all the time. No need too worry if your plastic is doing what you want. Just cast and catch fish.

I was wondering how good the smaller sizes would stand up because the head size would have to be pretty small?

There very flat and pretty wide for an 1/8oz jig, it looks like its gonna work great.

On the 3/16 there is a 4/0 Mustad Ultra Point Hook -Great hooks
Mustad 32798NP-BN or similar hook, good choice for a shaky head and you are offering satisfaction or return, who else does that!!!

Fantastic guarantee, but one you won't be using.

I have been fishing the ShakE2 and Pro Series since

they were first introduced. Try a couple and see for

yourself!
