There are ponds all over the place you can fish, and some you can't. Mark your calendar for the Richmond Fishing Expo on January 25-27. We are planning to have a Meet & Greet at the Expo on Saturday, January 26 and hopefully you can join us and meet some of the Virginia gang. Sam: Thanks for the heads-up about the Fishing Expo. I just put it on my calendar. I live in the near west end, not far from U of R. I've spent some time fishing the pond there, the lakes in Byrd Park, and along the river. Being a new and boatless fisherman, any suggestions for good ponds or spots on the river will be greatly appreciated. Quote
